Freedom Car Show Terms & Conditions

Because this is a family friendly event, we ask that you do not blast loud music in or near your vehicle. All participants will act accordingly and call on event staff if there is a security or behavior problem that should arise. All participants acknowledge that they can be asked to leave at any time, with no refund, if it is deemed that they are not behaving appropriately.

It is also understood, by your participation in this event, that your vehicle is fully insured and licensed, and that, you are accepting full responsibility for any damage, loss, and or injury of any kind or nature that may result from operation of your vehicle in and out of the show field. Further, by registering and participating in the car show, you agree to hold West Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council, Inc. and its committees, promoters and sponsoring organizations harmless from any liability which may arise from your participation in this event.
